Hello

Hello, how are you. I imagine you would like to know what this website is about. Well it used to be mainly my blog, but it turns out people aren't really interested in my day-to-day life. Anyway, the main attraction on this site is now my music, which is actually located at thenacho.bandcamp.com, if you would be so kind as to visit it. I should have a new album coming out soon, and I might update this blog when it is released. Then again, I might not.

Radio Broken

My router doesn't seem to like Rotoclone Radio anymore, so it's currently down. It might come back up sometime though...

Music is Free

My first album "o hai" is now free on my site at thenacho.bandcamp.mu. Download it, put it on your mp3 player, share it with your friends, put it on BitTorrent, I don't care. I just want people to be able to listen to it.

Rotoclone Radio

I've finally figured out how to do an internet radio station. I'll play (relatively) unknown music and periodically talk to mah listeners. I might even post a schedule of upcoming events and such online sometime.

All you need to do to listen to it is make sure you have a compatible audio player installed, such as Winamp, JetAudio, or Songbird, and click here! If you only have Windows Media Player or you just want to listen in your browser, don't give up hope, just make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player and click here! Alternatively, if you have iTunes, just press Ctrl+u and enter http://65.31.213.253:8000/listen.pls into the box that pops up.

Update: I think my radio station ate a violin. It's broken.
Update again: Never mind, I fixed it.

P.S. lol xkcd

Album Released

I just released my debut album, "o hai" today. You can listen to the entire album for free, and if you want a high-quality DRM-free download, then you can name your price. Just go to thenacho.bandcamp.mu or click on the word Music in the menu over on the left there. Check it out!

P.S. A new album is already in the works!

Album Sampler and New Favicon

If you would kindly direct your eyes upward to the icon to the left to the url for a moment, then you will notice that I have replaced my old favicon with a favicon of my logo. I think it's more appropriate than a weird cartoon face. Also, if you would kindly direct your browser to the Music page for a moment, then you will notice that I have added a sampler for my (soon to be released) album. You should listen to it.

New Songs

I've added 2 new songs to the Music section. (They're called "Smackindaface" and "Wing") They are 2 of about 13 new songs that I have made, but am not posting because they will be included on an album I might release soon.

Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum

My dad bought Tally Hall's CD, "Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum", a few days ago, and it just arrived. It's awesome. No, seriously, it's awesome. I love every song on the album except for "Be Born", which isn't even that bad of a song. I don't think I can say what my favorite song on the album is, I like all of them a lot. Here's a song-by-song breakdown:

1. Good Day - Really good.
2. Greener - Pretty good.
3. Taken for a Ride - Pretty good, but hard to understand some of the vocals because of the (intentional) distortion.
4. The Bidding - Really Good. A mix between rap and alternative rock.
5. Be Born - Kind of good. I don't know really like this song. It's a little too country-ish.
6. Banana Man - Good and catchy. This song is really catchy. The video is great, too. I've memorized most of it.
7. Just Apathy - Good and catchy. This song is catchy, too. Kind of slow, but still good.
8. Spring and a Storm - Pretty good. It reminds me of lying in bed on rainy nights whenever I listen to it.
9. Two Wuv - Good and catchy. Another catchy song. It's more alternative rock.
10. Haiku - Pretty good.
11. The Whole World and You - Pretty good. Lots of horns.
12. Ruler of Everything - Good and catchy. Slow and then ridiculously fast.
13. Hidden in the Sand - Shhh. It's a secret song...

Conclusion: Go buy this album. Now.
